RETURN POLICY

ROLLIN WITH THE MOMMIES wants to be sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy and would like to exchange it please send us an email to rollinwiththemommies@gmail.com.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Once return is approved, merchandise can be EXCHANGE or a GIFT CARD can be issued.

  • Gift cards are valid for one year.

  • NO MONEY REFUND will be given under any circumstances.

  • Merchandise MUST be UNWORN and UNWASHED.

  • Merchandise MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

  • Returns that are DAMAGEDSOILED or ALTERED will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be sent back to the customer.

  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT:

  • ROLLIN WITH THE MOMMIES honors a ONE TIME price adjustment on FULL PRICE merchandise within 7 days of the retail purchase date.

  • Items not purchased at full price are NOT ELIGIBLE for price adjustments. 

  • To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must contact us at rollinwiththemommies@gmail.com within the 7 day window. 

  • Adjustments will not be given on merchandise that was on sale or promotional purchases. Price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.

COSTS OF RETURNS:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges.

  • For international orders please know we cannot refund duties, tariffs, customs fees or shipping charges.
